About Dr. Lin
Dr. Lin earned his Doctoral degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was a research scientist/professor at Texas A&M University and Western University of Health Sciences before he founded Servo BioLabs to devote himself to new drug development. Dr. Lin’s scientific publications can be seen in Nature, Molecular Cell, Journal of Cell Biology, Journal of Biological Chemistry, and other major journals. His research has focused on protein structure and function relationships, especially how misfolded/unfolded proteins cause diseases. At Servo BioLabs, he has developed a fluorescence-based high-throughput screening technique to obtain drug candidates that modulate ERAD efficiencies. To help optimize aging, he currently focuses on testing our drug candidates in treating Type 2 diabetes, Alzheimer's Disease, and secondary aging. Dr. Lin also has a master’s degree in Biopharmaceutical Science.
