Servo Biolabs, Inc. is seeking a full-time Business Operations Specialist to support the company’s business operations and activities involving the Asia and China markets within the pharmaceutical and dietary supplement industry.

• Assist in supporting day-to-day business operations related to the company’s activities in the Asia and China markets within the pharmaceutical or dietary supplement industry, including coordination of marketing, sales, operations, and product development functions.

• Conduct research and gather data on market conditions, industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive activities in China, including analysis of market entry strategies, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.

• Compile and analyze information, including sales reports, budget and cost data, logistics performance, customer acquisition and satisfaction metrics, and product development progress, to support internal business planning and operational decision-making.

• Coordinate with internal teams (such as marketing, sales, and operations teams) and external partners in China to facilitate ongoing business activities and projects, including market entry initiatives, product launches, and channel expansion.

• Monitor operational processes and market performance, including sales performance, marketing effectiveness, logistics coordination, and customer engagement, and prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.

• Support marketing and promotional activities across digital and e-commerce platforms in China, including tracking campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.

• Assist in ensuring that business activities align with applicable commercial practices and regulatory requirements in China, including supporting the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and participating in periodic reviews.

• Facilitate communication between U.S. and China teams to support effective business operations, including organizing routine meetings, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up actions.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Twenty-four months of experience.
