Before joining Servo BioLabs, he was the Director of Biologics Development at Athenex Pharmaceuticals (NY) and Avalon Biomedical (Hong Kong).

Mr. Hou has extensive experience in media digitization, e-commerce transformation, and AI innovation. In 2008, he founded Di Yi Media, pioneering HD online live streaming and e-commerce group-buying innovations. In recent years, he has focused on blockchain digital assets and market expansion in Vietnam. In 2024, he co-founded the Taiwan Asia-Pacific Regenerative Medicine Association, dedicated to integrating AI technology with regenerative medicine .

Mr. Niuu graduated from the University of Liverpool with a master’s degree in Operations and Supply Chain Management. He was an administrator at JD.Com, Inc., S.F. Holding, and RUNBOW Shanghai. He led several international marketing or sales teams in the companies he served.
